Services to The Partners

DET seeks to provide the best services to Educational & Training Institutions that deal with as it always seeks to long-term relations with a basis of mutual benefit to both parties.

We provide the following services to its partners:

• DET organizes and promote “Future Gate” fair annually and invites our educational & training institutions stakeholders.

• Promoting the study programs offered by the partners through the provision of accurate information to the students, the advertising of these programs.

• DET participates in several exhibitions, and promotes the study and training programs offered by the partners.

• DET has annual marketing campaign, focusing on the new programs that attract the attention of the market.

• Considering our experience in the local market, DET works side by side with the international office team in the educational institutions to propose plans to target the market.

• DET hosts in its office the educational & training institutions to held on-spot admission sessions and bringing together students and the institutions in one place.

• DET provides all necessary support to its partners when they plan to visit Bahrain, such as visas, accommodation, advertising and so on.

Services to The Students

• DET offers trusted consultation services related to Overseas Education & training through professional academic consultants.

• Best consultancy services related to English language courses abroad.

• Assistance in authenticating the student certificates from overnment and other bodies at home and abroad.

• Special attention is paid to the student application and other documents needed for admission. Apply on behalf of the student and follow up until getting the admission letter.

• Assistance in finalizing the student enrollment in the university.

• Travel services: booking flight, airport pick up…

• Organizing annual workshops gather the fresh students, their parents and the old students in entertaining and educating full day program.

• DET pays special attention to the students who conduct their studies by distance learning (books, certificates, information, update from the university, tuition fees payment facilities).

Student Protection

• As a registered agent of higher education in the Kingdom of Bahrain we are required to prepare a Student Protection Plan which explains how continuation and quality of study will be provide for the students should a risk to their continued study arise.
• We fully expect to be able to arrange for providing that programme to completion of the student’sstudies. However, in rare circumstances, factors may occur that mean this delivery will no longer be possible. Due to the education institution rigorous processes and planning we believe there is a very low likelihood of this happening.
• We have been delivering educational services for over 25 years and we are experienced in preserving continuation and quality of education services for students. Our protection plan is intended to assure current and future students that we have processes and procedures in place to protect delivering of study.
• In the event that any of the risks should arise we are committed to working closely with our students, our partner Universities, and the Office for Students to ensure our students are protected through the change process.
